Tumbi is a WhatsApp assistant that organizes messages from school, classes and parent groups. This page explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are.
What data we process
- Your WhatsApp number, language, brief times and record of your consent.
- If you share them, your child's name, class, school and weekly routine.
- Messages, photos, screenshots and PDFs you forward to Tumbi, and the dates and to-dos taken from them.
- Message records used to run the service and measure its cost: time, direction, template used and AI usage.
What we don't read
Tumbi doesn't access WhatsApp groups. It only sees what you forward to it. What you forward may include other people's details, so please forward only what's needed.
Why we process it
To pull to-dos out of your messages, send your morning brief and evening prep, remind you of deadlines, run the service securely and measure its cost. We rely on the consent you give at sign-up and on providing the service you asked for.
Who we share it with
We use the service providers below to run Tumbi. Their servers may be outside Turkey, so your data may be transferred abroad.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business): delivering messages.
- Anthropic (Claude): reading what you forward using AI.
- Amazon Web Services: servers and data storage.
- Vercel: hosting this website.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you use the service. When you ask us to delete it, we do, except for records we're legally required to keep.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Turkey's data protection law (KVKK), you can ask whether your data is processed, request details, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Just write to us.
